Volunteers

Somerset Care and Repair is proud of it's volunteers both through the Woodbin project and our various housing schemes across Somerset.

Working in partnership with the DWP, Prospects, Probation service, Volunteer centres and many other agencies we try to give back as much as we can to those who help us out.

To date from the 19 most recent volunteers (in the past 6 months) 12 have gone onto full time meaningful employment after leaving one of our schemes. Three have even be re-housed in one of our empty properties due to related housing issues.
